Receptionist
Charliane has been with our practice since 2007. She has excellent people skills, is always cheerful and friendly. She conducts businesses in a very professional manner. It is her patience and warmth that keep our operation running smoothly and ensures an enjoyable experience for all.
Charliane assists many different things at our office. She currently manages the front patient coordinator duties and assists patient with scheduling of appointment, insurance billings and questions, and financial arrangement.
Rhoda
RDAEF, Registered Dental Assistant with expanded functions
Rhoda joined our dental team in 2011 as part-time RDA for Saturday only. She has more than 24+ years of experience in the dental field. She is very professional, organized, clean, gentle, and detail oriented. She is excellent with children, and is a great access to our practice.
Rhoda assists all types of dental procedures, impressions, coronal polish, x-ray, sterilization, infection control and maintaining of dental equipment, so we can operate as smoothly as possible.
Sierra
Dental Assistant
Sierra is a new addition to our dental practice. She feels excitement and is passionate about her work. Currently she is finishing up her dental assisting program at Diablo Valley College, and soon to take her board exam for her license.
Sierra strives to use her dental knowledge to help patients to stay healthy, to take away any anxiety they may have as well as to use her teamwork skills to help the office strive. She has optimism to uplift patients’ experiences in the dental chair through her empathy, bubbly personality, honesty and professionalism.
Joann
RDA, Retired Registered Dental Assistant, Retired
Joann joined our dental office in 1998 as a full time dental assistant. She retired and moved back to her hometown of Texas in 2017. She has the most beautiful smile and personality. She is a hard worker, professional, and personable. She has more than 40 years of experience in dental field, and we miss her dearly.
