Our trained office staff will assist you in understanding your insurance benefits and as a courtesy, will submit all of the necessary documentation and bill your insurance for the treatments on your behalf. Please kindly be reminded that any remaining balance not covered and not paid by your insurance will be your full responsibility for payment. Patient co-pay is expected on the day of service.
